     The newly planted lush, tropical garden invites you to relax on the large, sunny terrace.

     This home only allows 1 small pet on request. No children under 12 years old. The house is located in the center of the Old Lucerne Historic District of Lake Worth Beach, just 2 blocks from the Lake Worth Municipal Golf Course and the Intracoastal Waterway.

     The cottage is located 5 minutes walking distance to downtown Lake Worth beach with shops, restaurants, bars and more.  The Lake Worth Beach public beach, one of the nicest in South Florida,  is just a 5 minute drive (or a 15 minute walk).  Downtown West Palm Beach, the Brightline Station, the convention center and the center of the Town of Palm Beach are all within 15 minutes driving distance.

     5 Star Villa Holidays does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
